    MMCT&FOA partners with the MSU Local Government Center to provide several educational opportunities throughout the year that qualify for certification credit. All members are encouraged to earn the Certified Montana Municipal Clerk/Treasurer designation.

    MMCT&FOA educational events typically qualify for the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) CMC or MMC credit. Members often work toward an IIMC certification concurrently with the MMCT&FOA certification.
